Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

The possibilities of incorrect installs, improfessional coloring, deciding not to seal wefts, improper cleansing, combing, brushing and any other procedure that alters the hair REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.
